Under Kristin's leadership, JOOR has grown to become the world's largest digital wholesale platform with more than 12,500 brands and 300,000 curated retailers transacting on the site. Prior to JOOR, Kristin was President of the Local Marketplace at XO Group Inc., parent company to The Knot, and has also held buyer and regional director positions at Macy's and Linens N' Things.

Rich is an experienced data-driven finance leader with deep experience in strategic finance, fintech, and capital markets. Prior to JOOR, Rich was CFO at Fund That Flip, a leading platform for real estate investors, where he scaled the finance organization to support revenue growth of more than 600% during his two years with the company. Before that, Rich was CFO at Link Capital and spent 15 years in investment banking and capital markets at Barclays and Lehman Brothers.
Tom has 20 years of finance experience directing early stage technology companies through accelerated growth,M&A, and successful exits. Prior to JOOR, Tom was the VP of finance with e-commerce provider Borderfree, guiding it through revenue growth from $39MM to $125MM, an IPO, and a successful sale for $490MM. Tom was also the VP Finance at IntraLinks, which achieved revenue growth of over 50% and an IPO which raised over $300MM.

Jennifer has 20 years of experience in sales, operations and marketing management in industries including finance, beauty, and media/technology. Prior to JOOR, Jennifer provided her operational expertise to companies such as Estee Lauder, L’Oreal, Bumble and bumble, and to large-scale consumer marketplaces including XO Group. Jennifer also spent 10 years in financial services sales and operations, notably working on the JPMorgan trading floor to help take the first internet companies public.
Amanda has 20 years of fashion industry experience in marketing and general management roles, delivering both brand and business growth for global organizations. Prior to JOOR, Amanda held the positions of President & Managing Director of North America for Pronovias Group and SVP of Marketing at Ralph Lauren. Before that, Amanda oversaw marketing and advertising at Michael Kors, where she was also responsible for the launch and ongoing management of the e-commerce business.
James has over 25 years of software engineering experience developing e-commerce, logistics and warehouse management systems. Prior to JOOR, James was VP Engineering, Operations and Logistics at Rent the Runway where he spent 9 years building reverse logistics systems and extending the capabilities of its operations software. He has also held leadership positions at Fashion Forward Group, Gerson Lehrman Group, iPreo and Interworld where he was responsible for the development of their order management and catalog solutions. He is passionate about building high-performing teams, launching innovative products and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Christi Wruck is a product executive with over 10 years of experience leading product management teams at companies from early-stage start-ups to global enterprises, building online platforms that support both sales and education. She joins JOOR with a proven track record of transforming Product organizations into customer-focused, efficient teams aligned to a strong product strategy. Her structured and sustainable approach helps product teams build the right products for their customers through data analytics and strong product discovery practices.
